Princess Starra is the daughter of King Nova and heir to the
Shooting Star Kingdom on her home world Lumin. It was expected as
she was growing up that she would become "The Starlight Bright" a
mediator between the wishes of men and the Stars who could grant
those wishes. However her life was thrown into chaos when
photosites known as "The Dusk" attacked through the Dark Bism, a
wound between worlds.
Learning to grow up quickly, Starra had to trust old friends from
her childhood as she journeyed across the planet sealing the dark
bisms, defeating the dusk and discovering the secrets of their
stars and their mysterious celestial machines known as "The
Starworks". Starra is cheerful and determined and a voice of
reason to her friends. She'll do whatever it takes to save her
planet.
Princess Starra Nova - The Wide Awake World
On the day of her Coronation, after the Wide Awake World appeared, Starra was pulled far from her home with a remnant of her kingdom. Conflicted by guilt of failing her planet, an uncertainty she will ever get home and the perverse discovery that the Prophet of Fallen Skies has started a religious cult on this planet using her image name as his sacred figure, her resolve hardens. She is determined to find the hidden Starworks engines known as "The Cognis", smash them, take the crowns of those that control them, and return her stranded people home. Now an expert in saving the world, fighting alongside her friends in a strange new world should be easy... right?
