Jacob is Ben's best friend.We'll he's also Matt's best friend. The three live in treehouse in the outskirts of Shootstar City. Jacob has grown a lot faster than the other two boys and is a deep thinker, always thinking tactically about the next move and how to look after his two friends. However his body has not caught up to mind and he quietly he resents how goofy, clumsy and lanky he is. Still he is a very talented handyman, fixing things around the treehouse and working as a repairman in the city, very talented with twin wrenches. But when the world began to fall to the Dusk, Jacob stood by the Princess and his best friends as one of her "Starlight Knights" exchanging the wrenches for twin-daggers and learning how to channel his starlight into the elements of fire and earth elemental mastery, where he becomes a deadly hot-headed beast on the battlefield, protecting his friends and winning the offensive with burning resolve.

Battle Technique: In order to save Ben's life and have him escape an abstract nightmare dimension, a deadworld known as "The Bone Courts", Jacob sacrificed his life to be conscripted in the Gurimukai Yume,Enma McKenzie's Shin-Shinobi. An elite assassin force that harvested souls that are late to show up in the Bone Courts for summons to the Death Judges. As well as getting new threads, Jacob discovered his conscription meant his access to Starlight was inverted to entropy. He flames now replaced with colder soul-flame and an ability to rip and tear through space and time and shadows when needed. Also to summon gruesome support from this underworld nightmare when needed.To ensure he stays on task, the Death Judge Enma McKenzie assigned his daughter Ween to keep an eye on him. But don't be deceived, Ween is not an attractive human girl. She is literally made of nightmares and eats carrion.
